Summing the Visible Filtered List Values in Excel 2007
To total the values in the visible filtered rows, use the SUBTOTAL function:
1. Filter the List by selecting any criteria.
2. Select a cell in the List area and press Ctrl+Shift+ * or press Ctrl+A) to select the List.
3. Press Alt+=>.
Or
Select Formulas -> AutoSum (in Function Library Group).
The SUBTOTAL function is automatically entered below columns containing values in each column.

The digit 9 of the first argument of the SUBTOTAL function is for function number 9 (the SUM function), see the table below for a list of the function numbers you may use.
