Handling Errors in Values & Empty cells in Excel 2007


To change the default options of showing empty cells or errors in values:

1. Select a cell in the PivotTable report, right click and select Table Options -> Layout & Format tab.
2. In the Format section type 0 for error values and/or any value for empty cells.
