Refreshing the Data in PivotTable Report while Opening a Workbook in Excel 2007


To refresh the data in PivotTable report while opening a workbook:

1. Select a cell in the PivotTable report.
2. Right click the cell and select Table Options -> Data tab -> check Refresh data when opening the file - > click OK.
