Printing a PivotTable Report in Excel 2007


To set print options when printing PivotTable report:

1. Select a cell in the PivotTable report.
2. Right click and select Table Options -> Printing tab.
3. Check/uncheck Print options as required.



To print a PivotTable report:

1. Select a cell in the PivotTable report.
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+* or Ctrl+A to select the PivotTable report area.
3. Select Page Layout -> Print Area (in Page Setup Group) -> Set Print Area.
