Changing the Number of Files Shown in the Recently Used File List


To see the maximum number of recently used files at the bottom of the File menu, change the Recently used file list option to 9.

To set the number of recently used files:

1. From the Tools menu, select Options, and then select the General tab.
2. In the Recently used file list box, change the number to the maximum (9), and then click OK.
