Solution:

Use the WEEKNUM function as shown in the following formula:

How can I convert this date in excel
081906 - means 08 is the day - 19 is the week - 06 is the year. So in other words it means the 19th week of the year 2006 and the 08th day of that month. It reads May 8, 2006
