» Saving Filtering Criteria in Excel 2007

To save filtering criteria, use Custom Views:

1. Filter a List.
2. Select Page layout -> Custom Views (in Sheet Options Group) -> Add.
3. In the Add View dialog box, type the name of the view in the Name box, and then click OK.
