Human resources play a very key role to an organization. Human resource are having so many responsibilities such as hire the candidate for a company, and ensuring they would be a good performer and check them previous records.
Make the policies for company about the Leaves, Salary Distribution, Manpower, Employee Data Manage, Performance Allowances, Provident Fund etc.
For the human resources dashboards are useful to analyze the performance and improvement area of resources, employee satisfaction. We can finalize the salary standard for every levels and designation accordingly.
Let’s understand with a dashboard how we can prepare it and how it will be useful for us to analyze and maintain the company standard.
Chart:- Total Headcount on yearly basis
Chart:-Average Longevity (YY-MM)
3D Pie chart used to show the staff part department wise. Through this chart we can analyze that IT department is having big part of staff in the all departments.
Column chart used to the durability to the department. Through this chart we can analyze that Accounting department’s duration is long to other departments and marketing department is from very lesser duration in all department.
Chart:-Average Sick Days
Column Chart used to present the report of average sick days to every department. Through this chart we can see that sales department is having more average sick days in the all departments and human resource is having very less average sick days in the all departments.
Chart:-Average Salary
Column chart used to show the analyses of Compensation distribution to every department on amount basis. Through this chart we can see that sales department is getting very high compensation in all the department and Finance department is getting very low compensation comparatively to other departments.

Column and Line chart are used to show comparison between Average compensation v/s performances for the all department.
Summary:-Total Compensation
In this table we can know about the compensation ratio in every department. Through this table we can analyze that IT department is getting high compensation in the all department.
