About Dashboard:
Finance Dashboard is used to present the fiscal performance. This dashboard used to show how much revenue was generated in the year, quick ratio, and short term assets. The idea behind the dashboard of any executive officer is that just by "looking" you can get information about the need to drive the business forward.
Basically financial dashboard provide the information about the company’s performance. Through this dashboard we can analyze the company’s performance and growth. On the basis of financial analysis management take the decisions for the Company’s growth and take the appropriate decision about the goals and targets to the company.
Below shown dashboard ispresenting the Financial Analysis.
Drop Down List- Year and Quarter
In the left side of the dashboard we have tabs to select the years and quarter. We can select the tab and will get the information and analysis as per the selected criteria’s.
Chart: - Revenue Statistics-By Region
Column Chart is used to show the comparison in between estimated revenue v/s actual revenue region wise. In this chart Red columns are representing to Actual Revenue and Blue columns are representing to estimated revenue.
Chart: - Revenue Statistics-By Product
Column Chart is used to show the comparison in between estimated revenue v/s actual revenue product wise. In this chart Red columns are representing to Actual Revenue and Blue columns are representing to estimated revenue.
Chart: - Revenue Statistics-By Sales Rep
Column Chart is used to show the comparison in between estimated revenue v/s actual revenue Sales persons wise. In this chart Red columns are representing to Actual Revenue and Blue columns are representing to estimated revenue.
Ranking Report
In the above shown table we can see the ranking performer according to revenue generated. In the first table we can see the sales person’s ranking and in the second list we can see the ranking according to industry for the selected year and quarter.
In this above shown table we can see the general information such as Number of customer, Number of products, Number of Industries, Number of Sales rep.
Line chart is used to show the total actual revenue v/s total estimated revenue every year on quarterly basis. Through this chart we can easily identify that the actual revenue is more compared to estimated revenue.
By using this dashboard we can get the analysis in depth and we can forecast the future that how much revenue can be generated from current resources.
