In this article, you’ll learn how to copy conditional formatting in Microsoft Excel. This will enable you to copy the highlighted (highlighted due to conditional formatting) columns from one range to another.
Let’s take an example:-
We have sales data in which we have highlighted the top 10 sales by using the conditional formatting. We wish to apply the same formatting in different range.

Top 10 sales will get highlighted, in this way we can copy the conditional formatting from one place to another place in Microsoft Excel.
