Sales performance dashboard is useful to analyze the performance of sales. By using the sales performance dashboard we can see the individual performance and make improvement in the performance on the basis of data, it will help us to forecast the next vision of targets and achievement and managing the things like how we can improve the sales and how we can generate the revenue etc.

Column chart used to show the monthly sales number region wise. Through this chart we can identify that Region 4 had good performance in Sep’2012.

Column chart used to show the monthly sales number sales person wise. Through this chart we can see the performance to every sales person in every month.
 

 
In this chart we have 3 drop down filters, where we can select the criteria and see the report accordingly. 1^st drop down is available to select the Region, 2^nd drop down is available to select the product, and 3^rd drop down filter is available to select the sales person and customer type.

Chart will present the report according to sales number and %age to every month. Through this chart we can analyze the data in depth.
