To increase or reduce the selected region to the size of the window:
1. Select the range of cells.
2. On the View menu, click Zoom to Selection (in Zoom Group).
Or
Use the Zoom dialog box:
Option 1: Select View -> Zoom (in Zoom Group).
Option 2: On the Status Bar click Zoom (Percentage (%)) -> Fit Selection.
