If you attempt to print the file you are working on, and you click on the Print tool on the toolbar, only the current sheet is printed by default. If you need to print all the sheets in the workbook, do the following -
One option - Select each tab and print individually which is not a very efficient method.
Second option - Select File->Print. Then select the entire workbook option from the dialog box.
Third option - Select the first tab, by pressing down the Shift key, select the last tab and then click Print on the toolbar.
