Using keyboard shortcuts
1. The keyboard shortcut for moving to the next open workbook is either <ctrl+tab>or <ctrl+f6>.
2. To move to the previous open workbook, press <ctrl+shift+tab>.
Or
Press <alt+w+w>to open the Switch Windows menu, and then the workbook index number.
Using the mouse
Select View -> Windows -> Switch Windows.
