If you have many sheets in your file and you want to navigate through them, you can use the sheet tab scrolling buttons which are present at the bottom of the excel window. However, if you are not using the mouse and have both your hands busy on the keyboard, and you want to quickly move from one tab to another, do this -
If you have a file that has a lot of sheets and you need to move between sheets on either ends of the scroll tabs, press the Ctrl key and hold the Page up (to scroll left) or Page Down (to scroll right) button. You will quickly be able to scroll through all the sheets and get to the other / opposite end.
