This dashboard shows company’s financial report on industry wise, sales rep wise, average revenue per industry, average revenue per product, sales distribution.

This dashboard is created keeping in mind the requirements of the business owner who needs a financial dashboard to get the real time update of business insights at any time.

This review will surely help in forecasting;providing faster and transparent information to the management,which helps in determining company’s overall performance. It tracks financial data, which helps to see the growth from various perspectives of the industry.

In October, Excel Forum team launched a dashboard, competing in which you are asked to visualize financial data using sample data. The challenge has generated a huge thrill around the community and fetched 118 incredible entries.

We have divided this dashboard into 4 sections of information. Let us take a look at each one separately.

Section1:

In this section,you will get Sales rep information by sales rep, year, region,actual & forecast revenue by yearly.

Section2:

This section highlights best sales rep profile & following are the parameters:

• Number of customers
• Average revenue
• Top 3 sales per Industry
• Top 3 sales per Product

Section3:

The below picture is showing Global Information per Industry & Product. Both the industry & product information will get updated dynamically using the dropdown.

Section 4:

This section covers Sales Distribution per year by sales rep using chart. There are budget deviations (per Year) – Actual vs. Forecast is shown through line chart.

Using this dashboard we can get a clear view of the financial industry;and thus we can get the information from various points of view.
