This dashboard shows company’s sales by region, product, customer & sales person for month-wise.
There are 4 charts & 4 tables in this dashboard & all of them are linked with a single drop down menu.With this dashboard, we can view the report by month-wise.
This helps in tracking the overall sales performance of the organization. If you want to track conversion rate by team, you’ll be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the sales process. The key focus of this dashboard is to show sales credibility& management visibility.
There are several ways in which you can visualize sales data to understand the market trends and sales performance. In October, ExcelForum team launched a dashboard competition in which you were asked to visualize sample data. The challenge has generated a huge thrill around the community and fetched 118 incredible entries.

We have divided this dashboard into 5 sections of information. Let us take a look at each one separately.
Section1:
This is the drop down list of months, which is linked with all the 4 tables & 4 charts in this dashboard. If we select any month then the formulas will retrieve the data for that month &the previous month. This way we can compare the performance of sales for two months at the same time.
Section2:
This section provides sales performance region-wise for the selected month & the previous month.
Section3:
The following picture provides sales performance customer–wise,in detail for the selected month &the previous month.
Section4:
The section will provide product-wise data for the selected month &the previous month.
Section5:
This section covers person-wise sales report for the selected month & one month prior to the selected month. With this data, we can identify the top & bottom performer. This will surely help in taking new decisions to increase the total sales.
Using this dashboard we can get a clear view of the Sales industry;and thus we can get the information from various points of view.
