About Dashboard:
This dashboard shows the team performance by team members, product, region, ranking and ratings.
The dashboard focuses on total transparency of performance&the team is working to measure both soft and hard performance factors as well as indicating areas that are deteriorating or improving month-on-month.
There are many ways in which you can visualize team performance data to understand the achievements by various teams. In October, Excel Forum team launched a dashboard, competing in which you are asked to visualize data using sample data. The challenge has generated a huge thrill around the community and fetched 118 incredible entries.
In this article, we will show you the steps on how to create this dashboard.
Let us see how the Dashboard made by Mitch Plooks:
We have divided this dashboard into 7 sections of information. Let us take a look at each one separately.
Section1:
In this section, we can select category & segment from the two drop down lists.
We can select category by team, product, region & then select the dependent items from the list.
From the above picture, we can track the revenue per hour, sales per hour, average CSAT %, top team members by revenue.
Section2:
This section highlights average CSAT % by product.
Section3:
This section highlights average CSAT % by region.
Section4:
This section highlights average CSAT % by all the teams.
Note: There is an error in the chart title.
Section5:
This section shows revenue per capita by region.
Section 6:
The following picture shows employee revenue per hour vs. CSAT %.
Section 7:
In this section,revenue by team is shown in percentage. Using this chart, we can easily find out the team which is contributing more or less.
Using this dashboard we can get a clear view of the Team Performance and thus we can get the information from various points of view.
